If any part of this site is difficult to use, email bristol@p1entertainment.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page or feature affected and what would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

We will try to provide relevant information in an accessible text format or arrange an alternative way to discuss your enquiry. We aim to respond within 14 calendar days; please identify urgent access needs in your message.

Our development target

We are working towards WCAG 2.2 AA. This is a development target, not a claim of independently verified conformance. The site includes keyboard-operable navigation and disclosures, labelled form fields, image alternatives and reduced-motion styling.

Known limitations

Some infographics contain text within images. Their alternatives summarise the information, but may not reproduce every visual detail. Third-party video destinations may have captioning or player limitations that P1 does not control. We can discuss alternatives for information supplied by P1, subject to confidentiality and rights arrangements.

A full accessibility audit has not yet been completed. We welcome reports of keyboard, contrast, screen-reader or other access problems. If you are unhappy with our response, use our complaints route.
