Working responsibly
Respect, safety and care for the people involved in our work.
Updated 4 November 2026People and conduct
P1’s workplace policies cover health and safety, equality and diversity, professional conduct and routes for raising grievances. We expect employees, freelancers and contractors to work respectfully, report hazards and avoid bullying, harassment and discrimination.
Production safety and welfare
Risk assessments and appropriate location briefings are part of our filming requirements. Contributor welfare and safeguarding arrangements are considered for the needs of each production. Concerns should be raised promptly and without retaliation.
